Ronald Wesley Palmer
Mesa - Ronald Wesley Palmer, born Dec. 15, 1943, in Mesa, AZ, passed away peacefully Jan. 16, 2021 in Mesa, AZ and had a wonderful reunion with his parents Newel and Pauline Moody Palmer, sisters Nulyne and Julie and brothers Douglas and Richard. He is survived by his brothers Joe and David and sister Louise Millar and many nephews and nieces. Ron attended Mesa Public Schools and graduated from Mesa High School. He worked in the public schools and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint church facilities. Ron loved meeting with Sons of the Utah Pioneers and being part of that wonderful organization. He contributed regularly to United Blood Services. He served a mission to Florida and served in many capacities in the church organizations. He was always so helpful at church activities-getting there early and helping set up chairs and tables. Everyday Ron could be seen sitting on his chair in front of his home reading his scriptures and enjoying all the activity on busy Rio Salado Parkway. Ron mostly loved serving others.

DAVID L. SILVERS
CAMDENTON MO 2020-11-03 19:34:19
GOT THIS FROM Wendell Peacock THIS AM: It's my sad duty to inform you that David Silvers passed away last night, NOVEMBER 1, at his home in Camdenton, Missouri, of heart failure. His widow Dorothy assures me that he died peacefully. We've been meeting every two weeks for lunch at various local restaurants since we discovered we live in the same Lake of the Ozarks town 56 years and 1,350 miles from our alma mater, Mesa (AZ) High School. Making this report pains me deeply.
We planned to carpool to the annual Veterans Day tribute lunch at Mack's Creek High School in the next town East of here this week.
2014- DAVID AND DOROTHY WILL SEE YOU AT THE REUNION.

It is with great pain and sadness to have to write this that my Dad (Rick Shumway) was in a fatal motorcycle accident yesterday early afternoon (July 8th). No other vehicles were involved. My sisters and I along with our Mom (his wife of almost 53yrs) are in shock that he is gone. We take some comfort in knowing he did not suffer and he died while doing something he was so passionate about. He loved to go on road trips and explore the backroads in car or motorcycle. Please keep my family, especially my Mom in your prayers during this time as her entire world has been flipped upside down. My sisters and I will get thru this as my Dad raised us all to be very strong and independent people. He was the Glue to our family. He will be so greatly missed. I know we will see you again! RIP Dad.
**Thank you to all family and friends that have reached out to us at this time. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing close family. I know his Siblings (Judy, Nancy, Tony, Scott David, Lucy and Laurie) are in just as much disbelief, pain and grief as we are and I want them to know that The Rick Shumway Family loves you all so much.
Married to Lidia Guardia from Uruguay, South America 44 yrs. and we have 4 children and 13 grand children. Loving life and what it has given us and looking forward for more. Still healthy and smiling.
